Prior to entering the commercial real estate market, Beckie enjoyed a career in Commercial Lending and Private Equity Lending. Beckie enjoys creative thinking and problem solving which allow her to approach real estate sales in a refreshing manner. Having grown up in the development & hospitality areas in Montana, Beckie was drawn to the Hospitality Specialty with NAI Alliance. She is currently paving the way for this newest specialty at the firm.
Beckie owned and operated a vacation rental and long term lease business as well and understands the hard work and long hours behind the hospitality business. Beckie knows what it takes to increase occupancy, tighten the operating budget, and keep a business running smoothly. With her keen eye for marketing strategy and her marketing specialist, Aspen Kuhlman beside her, she is equipped to assist her clients with taking their business to the next level.
Beckie holds her Nevada and California lending licenses as well as her California Real Estate license with Novasel & Schwarte Investments Inc (Western Highland Mortgage Company) in South Lake Tahoe. With over a decade of experience in commercial and private lending Beckie approaches her business determined to find the best method for her clients to make their property work for them whether as a short or long term investment.
